HELLO! I'm Hillary Callis, Principal Broker, REALTOR and owner of Seahorse Realty,LLC. In 2021 I decided to open Seahorse Realty and make my dream a reality. I'm here to help in any way I can, but mostly I'm here to Make your home dreams happen!

The people that I meet, homes I’ve sold, magazines, designer home tours and Pinterest. My love of the ocean and nature continue to inspire me to recognize the unique use of color and textures.

My Story really began...

When I learned that I could turn my passion into my dream career. At 17 years old I decided to purchase and build my very first home. My real estate agent made such a positive impression on me when she made every step of purchasing my home an exciting and positive experience. I found I could take my passion for design, my eye for detail, and my appreciation for waterfront property to create a profession that I loved; when you love your job it shows in everything you do.
